The BOULEVARD brand was born in 1978 in Acan, the ski capital of the United States. In the early 90's, the company took the lead in the industry put forward the "fashion outdoor" concept. In 2009, after conducting an investigation and analysis of the Chinese market, the company decided to promote the "freedom to wear" outdoor concept, and began to fully launch the development plan of the Chinese market.
